Note: You must first contact customer service for a “Return Authorization.” Products must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered to you. Returns over 21 days old subject to a restocking fee. Returns due to carrier damage must be reported to shipper and Essex Medical Supply, as per shipper’s insurance policy.
